The Bodycare Journal: Need to get rid of dark areas?
Winter gives us time to prep for the summer. Whether we are diving deep into working out, eating healthy, or taking care of our skin, we are always in preparation. For me, I focus heavily on my skin. This includes extra moisturizing treatments, body mask, and scrubs. Four years ago, I created a body scrub and mask. Together, they help to remove dead skin and lighten certain areas. You know, those stubborn spots that always seem to be darker. Yes, I’m talking about the elbows, knees, glutes, back of the neck, etc.

- Coffee grounds (use what you have)
- Honey
- Cinnamon
- Lemon
