ˈpāSHəns
noun
1. the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering without getting angry or upset.
Patience doesn’t mean passivity or resignation, but power. It’s an emotionally freeing practice of waiting, watching, and knowing when to act. It feels unreasonable and inhibiting, an unfair stalling of aspirations, but it’s a virtue. Everyone is in a rush with expectations of what’s next.
This series is a reminder to take in a deep breath every now and then. Charles and Hayley are both poised and relaxed – taking in the currents. Patient.
