Vipp Lofoten Cabin

Perched on the rocky shores of Norway’s Stormolla island, the Vipp Lofoten Cabin is a striking blend of Nordic design and raw natural beauty. Designed by LOGG ARKITEKTER as part of the True North Lofoten Village masterplanned by Snøhetta, this timber guesthouse stands gracefully on stilts above the rugged coastline, echoing the traditional fishermen’s cabins once found throughout the archipelago.

Inside, minimalist Scandinavian aesthetics meet cozy comfort, thanks to interior architect Cathrine M. Vonholm Edwards, who infused the space with Vipp’s signature blend of function and refinement. Floor-to-ceiling windows dissolve the line between shelter and seascape, framing views of emerald waters and snow-capped peaks.

Built with sustainability and restraint, the cabin invites guests to slow down, immerse in the landscape, and experience Arctic serenity in design harmony. The Vipp Lofoten Cabin is now open for booking — a quiet refuge where modern architecture meets the wild Norwegian north.
