This $500 vs $5,000 Camera Experiment Proves It’s All About The Photographer Not The Camera

Usually, the more you pay for something the better the end product is going to be and for cameras that would definitely make sense, however, it turns out that there is a lot more to it than that.

Photographers at Mango Street decided to show the difference between pro photographers with amateur gear and an amateur with pro gear, and the differences are actually quite remarkable.

They gave a $3,300 Canon 5D Mark IV with a $1,650 Canon 35mm f/1.4L II lens to their friend who is a photography amateur. Meanwhile, the two professional photographers got a relatively cheap (~$500) Canon Rebel T3i with low-end lenses. Check out the results below.
