Not sure if you watch Grey’s Analogy on the daily basis. If so, you may recognize Actor/Activist, Jessie Williams on the BET Awards recently. Williams received the 2016 Humanitarian Award in which included an assertive yet influencing acceptance speech. Lifting the crowd off their feet with his words directing his speech towards the media, “those whose getting money”, and the oppress.
