Ambitions of an Fearless Hu$tler – Naeem Wynn
“i am the future ambassador of entertainment, education, and entrepreneurship”
Entrepreneur Naeem Wynn from Washington, D.C chops it up with us to give insight behind his fearless Hu$tler ambitions. Only 22 years young, he’s a mastermind of commerce. He coins the term: the epitome of grinding. From selling out functions to creating a popular lifestyle marketing team Landlord Global Enterprise ( in which you might’ve copped some RENT IS DUE gear from the fellow). He’s definitely a man of many hustles.
Y: Whats a hu$tler, what skills are needed to be a fearle$$ successful hustler?
NW: “A hustler is someone that creates something out of nothing. They develop a skill and turn it into assets. A fearless hustler is like a chameleon. They’re able to adapt to any situation no matter where they go, no matter the time, no matter who they interact with. A successful hustler resources not only benefits them but, the people around them. They help guide others in the same direction to allow growth in the people and community.”
Y:Key elements to being a successful hu$tler are?
NW: “Set goals on a piece of paper to understand what you’re chasing. Give recognition to yourself. Praise the things you do get accomplished or do right. Reward yourself and you’ll create motivation to go out and do more. Give yourself or someone else reprimands. Reprimands are basically criticism. We all make mistakes and that’s okay. Reprimands help better understanding what you did wrong so it can be fixed.”
Y: What ignited your ambition to hustle?
NW: “Seeing my mom go hard to provide for me and my little brother.”
Y: What has been the most satisfying moment in hustling?
NW: “When you realize your actions are not only benefiting you but, other people too. It’s all about inspiring people to think a certain way, and causing others to inspire for more.”
Y: What has been some nonsatisfying moments? How did you learn from them?
NW: “I’ve learned as a leader you should be knowledgeable about your team skills and abilities. You want to be sure they can handle certain tasks. If they’re not qualified you’ll ruin the structure built. You have to put qualified people in the right positions. Put them in the positions they’re most strong at handling.”
Y: Any advice for young people wanting to create their own hustle?
NW: “Believe in yourself. Find mentors or positive role models that can believe in you enough to give you a vision of what you can accomplish. Live a purpose filled a life. From doing that you’ll reap all benefits the universe has for you.”
We asked where do you see your self in 10 years, Naeem replied,
