1. It’s Easy Bein’ Green Smoothie

1 1/2 c. baby spinach
1 c. Frozen Mango
1 banana
Juice of 1 lemon
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with mango.

1 c. frozen strawberries
1/2 c. frozen peaches

1/2 c. coconut water
1 fresh strawberry, for garnish
DIRECTIONS

2 c. tomato juice
½ c. chopped red bell pepper
½ c. peeled and chopped cucumber
3 tbsp. lemon juice

¼ tsp. fresh-ground pepper
¼ tsp. hot-pepper sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Make the smoothies: Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth — about 3 minutes. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Fill 4 glasses with ice and divide the smoothie mixture among the glasses. Serve immediately.
