1. It’s Easy Bein’ Green Smoothie

TOTAL TIME: 0:05 COOK: 0:05 LEVEL: EASY SERVES: 2

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c. baby spinach
1 c. Frozen Mango
1 banana
Juice of 1 lemon
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with mango.

INGREDIENTS
1 c. frozen strawberries
1/2 c. frozen peaches
1 c. yogurt
1/2 c. coconut water
1 fresh strawberry, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses and garnish each with half a strawberry.

1 c. coconut milk

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with shredded coconut.

1 c. hemp milk
1 scoop Protein powder
¼ c. blueberries
¼ c. strawberries
½ medium frozen banana
3 medium dates

INGREDIENTS
2 c. tomato juice
½ c. chopped red bell pepper
½ c. peeled and chopped cucumber
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped scallions
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. fresh-ground pepper
¼ tsp. hot-pepper sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Make the smoothies: Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth — about 3 minutes. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Fill 4 glasses with ice and divide the smoothie mixture among the glasses. Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 kiwi
  • ½ c. pineapple cubes
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ c. strong green tea
  • 2 ice cubes

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Serve immediately.

  • 1½ c. chilled green tea (made with 6 tea bags)
  • 2 c. frozen unsweetened mixed berries
  • 1 slice banana
  • 3 tbsp. honey
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a blender, whirl ingredients until smooth. Makes 3 cups.
