Shrimp Nacho Recipe
Don’t know what to cook for dinner? Make some shrimp nachos – it’s easy, good, and fast. Im not into good/healthy eating as I should but If you looking to gain more protein – this recipe is for you. In the near future, we’ll provide healthy recipes as well for all of you vegan readers, but I might make these nachos tonight (with some Doritos). Yum! Try not to burn the house down, enjoy.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 2-4 minutes
Total Time: 17-19 minutes
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
2-3 teaspoons toasted ground cumin
1 teaspoon minced garlic
¾ cup sour cream
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 9-ounce bag yellow, white or blue corn tortilla chips
3 cups grated pepper Jack cheese
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, cumin and garlic; sauté 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
2. Combine cooked shrimp, sour cream and green onions in a large bowl.
